Most women I speak to each day tell me they googled this and they googled that and they have come across all this information about how to balance their hormones and before you know it they’re just overwhelmed, confused and no further on from when they typed into that search bar!

How can you possibly expect Google to know your own body and your own health!

Here are a few things to remember!

You’re an individual, there is no other like you which means that what might work for one person might not necessarily work for you!

2️⃣ Too much information can be as disconcerting as too little! What you read becomes overwhelming, confusing and sometimes complicated. Ask yourself - What feels food for me?

3️⃣ We generally want a quick fix and for all our problems and symptoms to go away over night! The thing is, it took you a while to get you where you are so what makes you think that by googling you will find that quick fix.

This is where I step in. The first stage of my programme is for me to really get to know you, the real nitty gritty stuff. I want to know you inside out when it comes to your whole health. When we know this, the magic begins to happen, we then start on that golden path to get you to your desired state!
