Hi, I'm Alexandria and I am a Health and Wellness Coach,
the founder of Rise Shine Health Coaching and the creator of
'She Flows’ Hormone Healing Programme.
I know how it feels to experience the ups and downs during your cycle.
To experience excruciating pain and collapsing because of it. I too have experienced hormonal migraines, low libido, PMDD and endometriosis.
Through implementing ways to heal my mind, body and soul my symptoms and conditions faded away.
I own my cycle and check it like the weather so that I can adapt my lifestyle and by doing so I feel freedom to live a life I desire.
Through my own experiences and watching other women battle with the same issues I learned that their are alternatives to the traditional methods that are often suggested to women.
I am passionate to be part of a new revolution of women helping women nurture and own their cycles and find natural alternatives
